A nation finds its heart and saves its soul in this epic chronicle of the Turkish War of Independence and the declaration of the Republic — as seen through the eyes of four schoolchildren lost in a museum.

1923 is the recipient of Haldun Dormen Special Award (Afife Theatre Awards 2023).
